Eat. Meet. Move.
Eat. Meet. Move.
An experience for men.
Two nights of food, fireside camping and gentle physical activities in the Scottish Highlands.
20-22nd September. Friday 5pm til Sunday 2pm.
RAW aims to reconnect people with food, the environment from which it came and with each other.
Male disconnection is a modern day problem often experienced through lack of community and an absence of male-focussed wellbeing.
Eat. Meet. Move. is where we facilitate a reconnection to some important aspects of being human that it’s easy to forget in modern-day lives.
We set out to create a space, specifically for men, that touches on the primal nature of our hunter-gatherer ancestors.
Join us for two nights of fireside camping among a small group of others as you are guided through an immersive experience: you'll get to build fires, skin and butcher a whole wild Scottish deer, learn the journey of food from nature to plate and participate in gentle physical activities to leave you feeling more connected with the natural strength and power of your body. Set among the stunning outdoor wilderness of the Scottish Highlands.
Eat. Meet. Move. is RAW’s playful contribution to an important issue — casting some firelight into the shadows.
Delivered in partnership with Wild Embers and a new movement collaboration, Motion Project. Expect a weekend of food, fire and physical movement delivered by three professionals who work everyday to bring people together for the nourishment of body and mind.
12 places only. Tickets likely to book quickly.
Costs All Inclusive (food, accommodation, shuttle transport from local train station).
Please note no particular physical experience is necessary for the weekend — all physical activity is designed to be accessible for participants of all levels of experience, shapes, size, and interest.
